I have torque pro and a cheaper elm bluetooth unit and either I need to be schooled on how to use it or balance rates are not there with the cheaper ELM units. With my old phone, if I wanted the display active all the time with Torque Pro, I h ad to plug the phone charger in. I don't expect it to be any different but the battery drain on the new phone seems to be much less running any app on it. I will be taking a road trip in about two weeks, so I will have a chance to test it out. ![]() ![]() I just got a brand new Samsung S8+ and I re-installed Torque Pro on it. I have heard that Dash Command is pretty much the equivalent on an iPhone, but I haven't actually used it.
